Jose Bermejo shares his insightful interview with Warren Schirtzinger, publisher of The Vespa Diaries and co-creator of the “Chasm” framework in the 80s. This was later popularized by Geoffrey Moore in the book “Crossing the Chasm”. A result of human behaviour is that new innovative products face adoption challenges. “The chasm is the gap between the early adopters (visionaries) of a product and the early majority” and it arises when a product requires a change in people’s behaviour.
